Overview
All returns on stock orders must be accompanied by the original invoice. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all orders returned within 30 days from delivery date. Part exchanges on stock orders must be accompanied by the original invoice, an exchange fee of 30% will be applied to all orders returned for exchange within one (1) year of the delivery date.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on special orders or damaged parts.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum); but not less than $30 / month, whichever is greater, will be added on any charges after 30 days past due from the stated due date.
